Discover Samoens, village resort in Grand Massif ski area

The 140 km of ski runs (between the trees most of the time) provided by Massif skipass (Carroz, Samoens, Sixt, Morillon) will be perfect for families.

Good skiers will rather go skiing to Flaine with Grand Massif skipass (265 km of slopes).

There, you could have fun on well known great ski runs like Cascade (blue, 14 km long). Notice, Samoens is known as a good place for snow cover thanks to its geographical location.

Located in Haut-Giffre valley, several ski resorts are linked to make Grand Massif area. You can thus find Samoens Village.

Protected from ugly building, it is a pleasant village with its church and its stones chalets. Samoens Village is linked to the ski area by gondola (no ski run to go back, the gondola will bring you back at the end of the day).

On the upper part of the area, you can also find Samoens 1600, modern and directly on the slopes ski resort. Some accommodations are available in Vercland village, linked to Samoens 1600 by gondola and ski runs.
